Meet the founder
Atlas Publishing was founded by Patrick van der Vegt, a Dutch graphic designer and publishing enthusiast based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
With more than 30 years of experience in graphic design, desktop publishing and visual communication, Patrick has spent much of his career turning information into clear, practical and thoughtfully designed publications.
Atlas Publishing brings that experience together with a love of travel, planning and discovering new places. What began with the idea for a practical London travel planner has grown into a developing series of City Travel Journals, each created around the same philosophy: Plan it. Explore it. Remember it.
Every planner is designed as part of a recognizable collection, while still reflecting the character and practical realities of its destination.
